Phonograph Recording
A "phonograph recording" is a type of sound recording that is made on a round disk, often called a record. This disk has a line that goes around it, which is called a groove. When the record is played on a machine called a phonograph (or record player), a needle moves along the groove and creates music or sounds that you can hear.
